Seaport

The Seaport is definitely the hottest spot in town!

Welcome to Seaport

A modern metropolis is how many would describe Boston’s bustling Seaport community. Consisting of 20 city blocks with towering skyscrapers, Seaport is a fast-paced community merging art, culture, food, drinks, and entertainment. It has sparked creative, youthful energy among Boston artists, innovators, and entrepreneurs.

Not too long ago, the Seaport area was filled with industrial warehouses and parking lots serving Boston’s Financial District. Today, it’s considered one of the most luxurious and desirable new neighborhoods in the city. Contemporary architecture stands proudly beside century-old warehouses to become Boston’s finest shopping and entertainment mecca. Home to the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center and Seaport World Trade Center, Seaport hosts events, tradeshows, and conventions from around the world.

Prices are among the highest in the city with 4,600 residential units and 2,000 more units to come. Luxury condo developments abound in the Seaport area including Pier 45, Echelon Seaport, 50 Liberty, and Pier 4, once the site of the famous Anthony’s Pier 4 Restaurant. Fort Point, further away from the harbor, offers renovated warehouses offering sleek, contemporary lofts and condos.

Pre-construction sales are on the rise as new developments continue to thrive. One such development is the St. Regis’ 150 Seaport Boulevard. The first residential community for this ultra-luxury brand, this property will feature 114 luxury waterfront condos with all the amenities and concierge services of a five-star hotel.

Surrounded by the historic Boston Harbor Walk, Seaport offers the finest waterfront living in the city. Comprised of 43 miles of piers, wharves, parks, and beaches, the Boston Harbor Walk offers residents access to museums such as The Boston Children’s Museum and The Institute of Contemporary Art and many historical sites such as the Boston Tea Party ships. This area is perfect for running, walking, cycling, or simply taking in the beautiful harbor views.

Distinguished restaurants are plentiful in the Seaport neighborhood. Morton’s steakhouse and Ocean Prime seafood are top-notch. One of Boston’s finest chefs, Barbara Lynch, has established four restaurants in this community including Menton, Drink, Sportello, and Italian Trattoria. The Roof Top Bar at the Envoy Hotel, featuring amazing skyline views and heated Igloos for chilly nights, is a favorite among residents and visitors alike. But if a low-key pizza spot is what you crave, a quick trip to Pastoral is right around the corner.

With easy access to all the major highways and with Boston’s Logan Airport right next door, Seaport is definitely the hottest spot in town!
